MT SHRM Webinar - Crucial Confrontations

One of the goals of the Montana State SHRM Council is to provide local HR Professionals with high quality education. The primary avenue for us to accomplish this goal is our Annual Conference held each spring. Each year we strive to make the conference better and more valuable than the previous year.
In an effort to provide more educational opportunities for our fellow Montana HR Professionals, we are excited to our announce our first webinar. Please join us on January 11th from 10 am to 11:30 am for Crucial Confrontations facilitated by Vital Smarts . This webinar will provide us with information on how to hold others accountable, how to get to the root of accountability problems, and how to motivate others without using power. This webinar has been approved for 1 hour of HRCI credit. Please see the attached documents for additional information on the webinar and for information on the presenter.
