Program Overview:
Humor is serious business. It fosters creativity, increases reasoning ability, enhances teamwork and improves the bottom line. Add the power of positive motivation and your organization becomes unstoppable.
Sandra Hare of S*HareSolutions provides an in-depth look at the advantages of creating and maintaining a workplace that fosters humor, joy and positive motivation. With her fun, energetic style, we will look at why it’s necessary, what it does for the bottom line, and how it improves retention.
Sandra shows us that humor is a skill that can be learned. You don’t have to be “funny” and your personal style can easily be identified by specific workshop activities. You will come away with the knowledge and the tools to create a more positive and productive day, personally and professionally.
