The Future of HR:  Learning to Let Go

This presentation will explore the enormous impact of both quantitative and qualitative cultural and economic changes, on those involved in delivering human resource services.  It will highlight the most significant shifts in the conduct of business, and focus on the dramatic and escalating demands on the workforce, to move beyond being trained, to fully embrace being developed and grown, both personally and professionally.

We will look at the forces driving all this change, and broaden the definition of change to give participants a deeper understanding of why many in the contemporary workforce struggle with it.

Lastly, we will lay out and examine the four key skills required to leverage all this change, and to thrive in a rapidly transitioning workplace.
