In this meeting you will learn about the Body of Competency and Knowledge (SHRM BoCK™) which covers four knowledge domains: People, Organization, Workplace, and Strategy, as well as eight behavioral competencies: Leadership & Navigation, Ethical Practice, Business Acumen, Relationship Management, Consultation, Critical Evaluation, Global & Cultural Effectiveness, and Communication. You will leave understanding the details to obtain this next generation HR certification.
Presenter Information:
Dianna Gould has over 20 years experience in the human resources profession. Currently she is the Field Services Director for the Pacific West Region for the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Prior to joining SHRM, she had experience as an HR professional for start-up firms to Fortune 500 companies. She has worked in the high tech, international export, manufacturing, and the service industry.
She recently obtained her SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation and is also certified as a CAE – Certified Association Executive.
Continuous learning and professional development have been the cornerstone of her career and she thanks you for the opportunity to share some of her experiences with you today.
