Program Description: As everyone knows, the technology field continues to change rapidly and constantly. While that makes the savvy user very happy, it can create challenges for employers particularly as they struggle to keep their programs and services operating efficiently and competitively, which means hiring and retaining the right talent. One area that is rapidly advancing is the area of virtual technology.
This program will demonstrate virtual technology examples for the attendees and show the skillsets required for proficiency. These skillsets will be compared to current skillsets held in the workforce and the gap or deficiency will become apparent.
Suggestions and strategies the employer can and should consider adopting will be discussed, particularly as it relates to employers in the Northwest and the Flathead Valley.
