Program Description:  Business problems are often blamed on either a lack of training or poor training processes.  We believe e-learning provides an opportunity to infuse culture with intelligently designed training.  This not only stimulates employee development, cultural stability, and profits; but also improves the longevity of the business and reduces potential litigation.  Instead of throwing people at the problems, which increases expenses and frustration, businesses who invest in a "brandwashing" training experience reduce onboarding time (on average 70%) and improve knowledge retention (on average 62%).  This session will provide the basics of e-learning + culture, demonstrating the difference between training with "brandwashing" and training with "band-aids."
