Employee engagement and retention is an ongoing topic of discussion and as we move further into 2022, we will continue to investigate all the resources available to best equip our organizations for success. We all have seen that our community is facing multiple challenges that also impact employers. With no end in sight to workforce shortages it is more crucial than ever to retain the valuable employees we have. This challenge is more and more present and thinking outside of the box for solutions is key. Julie with JMac Productions will share some creative ways to do that by discussing Internal Marketing. What our employees see and understand about our business and culture may just be what we need to retain them!
