    Program Content & Takeaways

There’s work.  There’s life.  And balance? The words Work-life balance implies that it’s one or the other, but we know it’s more complicated than that.  How did we arrive at the idea of work-life balance and however you view it, what is your current workforce balancing and how that may shift as the baby boomers exit the workforce and the next generations arrive.  Learn about changes in the state’s/county’s workforce demographics, challenges and opportunities around housing and childcare, and local efforts to address both.
