    Bio & Contact information

    Born and raised in the Flathead Valley, Mr. Mitton brings more than 20 years of experience in Human Resource Management to his role of Director of Business Development at United Work and Travel.  Focusing on key Seafood clients throughout Alaska and the Pacific Northwest, Mr. Mitton works directly with foreign recruitment partners to ensure that client company workforce needs are met by matching potential H2B participants to Alaska seafood companies.  Through constant contact with client companies, recruitment partners, and program participants, he ensures program compliance and staffing needs are continuously met.  With his extensive experience in talent acquisition, Mr. Mitton also assists client companies with the recruitment of skilled trade positions, mid-level management roles, and C-Suite professionals as well as HR consulting when needed.
