Program Content & Takeaways
This engrossing presentation will give participants a brief introduction to the Empowered Leader Model. By the end of the seminar, participants will be able to teach others and execute for themselves how to: Assess the Talent Mix of the individuals they supervise to better make assignments to specific jobs, tasks, or projects and then match a supervisory empowerment path they should be using to guide the individual to superior performance by using two specific sets of supervisory behaviors, and further, know how to mix and match those behaviors to various Talent Mix levels.
Finally, participants will know how to implement the concept of Developmental Performance Interventions that are designed to communicate positive and supportive messages to employees - no matter how difficult or intense the situation is. The concept also teaches supervisors strategies for making the intervention extremely comfortable and easy. This makes the intervention practical, objective, and effective.
