We will delve into the concept of Locus of Control to help you strategically focus your mental energy and leverage stress for positive outcomes. This session offers practical stress management techniques applicable to all leaders, regardless of team management responsibilities.

Maureen is a passionate advocate for developing strong leaders. As a certified Personify Leadership facilitator and HBDI practitioner, she leverages her expertise to empower individuals and drive positive change within organizations. She has brought valuable expertise to her role as SVP of HR & Employee Development at Park Side Credit Union since 2006, where she has been instrumental in leadership development initiatives. Her commitment to the HR field extends to her past volunteer service on both the FVSHRM and state council boards of SHRM. A proud Montana native, Maureen cherishes her time with her four children and eight grandchildren, who are her joy outside of work.
