Program Description: HR is a constantly evolving professional discipline. Changes occur as a result of court decisions, regulatory updates and legislative changes. This presentation will summarize some of the more recent changes including the NRLB's new joint employment and organizing decisions, Bills enacted by the Montana Legislature and regulatory changes such as the proposed new white collar overtime exemptions. The information will be delivered in a manner so that Montana employers know what changes might be necessary to their HR program.
