HR Generalist Position Open at Glacier Bancorp, Inc.

    Overall Responsibilities:
    • Holding Company Recruiter; post and manage positions using UltiPro E-Recruitment, support managers with applications, interviews and selection.
    • Process new hire onboarding and conduct orientations, assist with benefit enrollment.
    • Support bank division HR personnel with system questions.
    • Process government reporting
      • Over see corporate Affirmative Action Plans, prepare census reports and submit to third party vendor. Provide support and training to bank divisions as deemed necessary.
      • Process government reporting in compliance with regulations.Reporting includes but not limited to, EEO-1, Vets 100, miscellaneous census reports and Report of Organization.
      • Quarterly and annual Department of Labor reporting.
    • Process monthly FTE reporting and monthly HR Group reports to include turnover, turnover costs, over time and unemployment.
    • Provide bi-weekly payroll audit reports to appropriate bank divisions, verify payroll changes with audit reports.
    • Manage employee notices; support Bank Divisions with updates and assistance in accessing required postings.
    • Act as holding company on-line training (BVS) administrator. Assign new hire and annual online courses and pull reports as requested.
    • Maintain publication subscription records and process annual renewals.
    • Process supply order for department one time per month.Order additional annual supplies at year end at least 30 days in advance.
       
    Desired Minimum Qualifications:
    1. Education and Experience:
    2. Degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    3. Human Resources experience desired.
    4. Banking and/or Accounting related experience preferred.
    5. Previous customer service and clerical experience.
     
    2.    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Good overall knowledge of human resources, especially the legal aspects, and how they are effectively used and administered in the industry.
    • Good problem-solving skills and ability to react quickly to arising problems.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with people both verbally and in writing (listens and understands problems and assist staff at all levels as needed).
    • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office; word, excel, power point, etc. and comfort in using data base programs is required.
    • Knowledge of employment laws such as, but not limited to , , , , and other federal, state and local laws.
