Program Description:  Goals for the Presentation are to make you more aware of some big mistakes that increase the risk of employment-related claims; to help you recognize the sometimes subtle parts of managers’ and supervisors’ jobs that can result in costly and embarrassing claims; to help you see workplace “drama” for what it is – potential litigation or, at the very least, extremely expensive lessons.

Presenter Information:

Stephanie Breck is an attorney and human resources management consultant.  Maverick Management Solutions, LLC, provides HR and management consulting services, including workplace investigations and dispute resolution, employee management coaching, organizational health assessments and action plans, customized training and more.  Maverick Management Solutions diagnoses business operations problems due to "the human factor" and provides employers with a ready-to-execute blueprint for success.  Ms. Breck also practices law in the areas of employment litigation and insurance defense at the Columbia Falls law firm of Breck Law Office, PC.  She and her husband and partner, Justin Breck, are the City Attorneys for Columbia Falls.
