    The Child Development Center is a nonprofit who partners with families to help them support their children with developmental delays and disabilities where they live, play, and grow. We work in our families’ homes and communities across western Montana. The Center is headquartered in Missoula, MT, with an additional office in Kalispell and an Evaluations & Diagnostics Clinic in Bozeman. Most of our services are provided at no cost to families.
     
    Job Description:
    The Child Development Center is recruiting for a three quarter time (30 hours/week) Recruiter and Human Resources Coordinator for our Kalispell office. 
     
    The Recruiter & Human Resources Coordinator position will have primary day-to-day responsibility for the full life-cycle recruitment and basic HR coordination of the Kalispell area field staff.  This position is responsible for recruitment, basic human resource coordination, safety compliance, and training for our field staff in the Kalispell office and surrounding area.  This position will work directly with the Missoula Recruiter & Human Resource Coordinator and report to the Director of Human Resources.
     
    Qualifications:
    -Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, and/or Administration related field
     
    -2 years of human resources and/or recruitment experience
     
    - An equivalency may be considered if the work history is direct employment experience
     
    -Travel is required, so applicant must possess a valid Montana driver's license and have reliable insured transportation.
